1 - What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a site stores on the terminal of the person consulting it, a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, and can read back during the visit or on later ones.

Alongside cookies, the rules cover the other tools that allow information to be stored on the terminal or already stored information to be accessed: the local storage of the browser, and the techniques that identify a device by observing how it is configured.

2 - The cookies used by this site

This site does not use cookies. It uses no technical cookies, no profiling cookies and no other tracking tools.

In particular, the site does not use:

• statistics or traffic analysis tools, whether its own or a third party’s;
• profiling, advertising or retargeting cookies;
• third party embedded content, such as video, maps or widgets, able to store information on the terminal;
• browser local storage or device identification techniques.

The contact form sends the message to our server without opening any session and without setting any cookie.

3 - Why no banner is shown

The consent and the banner required by the rules exist to authorise the storing of information on the user’s terminal and the access to information already stored, under article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code. Since this site stores nothing and reads nothing, there is no consent to ask for and no banner to show.

The Italian Data Protection Authority has clarified that the banner requirement does not apply even to sites using technical cookies alone, for which the notice on its own is sufficient.

4 - Social network buttons

The social network buttons on the site are plain links to the respective pages. They are built so as not to set any cookie when the page is opened and not to collect any user data. If you choose to follow them, the notices of those services apply from the moment you leave this site.

5 - The data the site processes in any case

The absence of cookies does not mean that the site processes no personal data. The browsing data acquired by the computer systems, the data you send us through the contact form and the data you send us by electronic mail are processed as described in the Privacy Policy, which also gives the identity of the data controller and how to exercise your rights.

6 - Browser settings

No setting has to be changed in order to browse this site. The settings of your browser remain available to you in any case, to manage and delete the cookies of every site you visit.

7 - Updates

Should the site introduce cookies or other tracking tools in the future, this page will be updated before they are activated and, where the rules require it, consent will be collected beforehand.
