1. This notice is drawn up in accordance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, for those who interact with Axeya, and is reachable at the address corresponding to the home page www.axeya.it
2. The notice is given only for the site www.axeya.it and not for other websites the user may consult through links contained in it.
3. All collected data will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, as well as data minimisation, purpose limitation and storage limitation. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data and to prevent unauthorised access by third parties or personnel not duly authorised, in order to protect the user’s privacy and rights.
4. This notice may change following the introduction of new rules on the matter, and users are therefore invited to check this page periodically.

1 - Data Controller

The data controller is Engtech S.r.l., with registered office at viale Ancona n. 24, Venice, Tax Code and VAT number 04930680279, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.

2 - Purposes of the processing, legal bases and retention

1. The computer systems and the software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal running, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the Internet.

   This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects but that, by its very nature, could allow users and visitors to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.

   This data is used for the sole purpose of checking that the site is working correctly, and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to establish liability in the event of offences against the site.

2. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses given on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary in order to reply to the requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the message. Since the provision of the data is optional and voluntary, no consent is required from the user.

3. Your consent is requested for the processing of data for sending commercial information and organising events.

4. The collected data shall be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in order to fulfil contractual or pre-contractual obligations (without prejudice to statutory limitation periods and legal requirements, in compliance with the relevant rights and obligations arising therefrom). For marketing activities the maximum retention period is 24 months.

3 - How the data is processed

The data will be processed by persons authorised to process it under art. 29 GDPR and art. 2-quaterdecies of the Italian Privacy Code, by manual, computerised and electronic means, within and by reason of the purposes specified above and, in any case, always respecting the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the law and with the measures of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

4 - Categories of recipients to whom data may be disclosed

The processing of personal data will be carried out by persons authorised to process it, under art. 29 GDPR and art. 2-quaterdecies of the Italian Privacy Code. Those parties will process the data in accordance with the instructions received from the Data Controller, according to the operational profiles assigned to them in relation to the functions performed.

The data may be processed by service providers operating on behalf of the Data Controller, such as providers of hosting, maintenance, site management, e-mail services and technical support. Those parties will be appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR when they process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller and according to its documented instructions.

5 - Transfer of data abroad

Your personal data may be transferred abroad, including to non-EEA countries, when processed through tools or software of third party companies, which use cloud technologies, and only if such countries have obtained an adequacy decision under art. 45 GDPR, where applicable, or by setting up contracts including standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards.

6 - Links to social networks

This site incorporates social network buttons, which have only a link function to the relative pages. Those buttons are programmed so as not to set any cookie when the page is accessed and not to collect any user data.

7 - Rights of the data subject

The Data subject is entitled to:

• obtain the erasure, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in breach of the law;
• obtain the updating, rectification and integration of the data;
• obtain confirmation that those operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated;
• object on legitimate grounds to the processing of the data or to any automated decision making, profiling included;
• obtain the restriction of the processing or portability to another controller;
• obtain the withdrawal of the consent given, by simple request.

To exercise such rights, a request must be submitted by sending an email to privacy@axeya.it, or by registered letter with return receipt to Engtech S.r.l., with registered office at viale Ancona n. 24, Venice.

Please note that the data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) in order to exercise their rights or in relation to any other matter concerning the processing of their personal data.
